Are there any fees to work with you?

Unlike other home selling options, I do not charge fees or commissions.

Will you offer me a fair price?

If you find value in selling fast & simply, or without the headache of a clean-out or fix-up, we can negotiate a fair price. There's no obligation to accept my offer and I am always happy to give you other options.

Houses I buy tend to be below market value so they can be resold for a profit; however we will also complete the transaction without any commissions or fees, saving you thousands. Is there any obligation to sell to you if I reach out?

How do you decide on a price on my house?

I use research and data to calculate the maximum offer I can make on a property; including comparable sales and my renovation budget. I am always willing to share my research with you and explain the data and numbers that I use. I do my best to offer you the most I can, based on that data. At the end of the day, I am always seeking a win/win situation with sellers, and I want you to feel good about working with me.

Why sell to you?

I work and live in Fort Collins, and my desire is to help my northern Colorado community and neighbors. I typically only take on one project at a time, so unlike many of the large corporate home-buyers, I can give you careful, personal and discrete consideration. I can often also offer you more for your property than they will; as many wholesalers have multiple middle-men in one transaction. I only offer on properties where I intend to be the end-buyer in the transaction, meaning more money in your pocket.
